Location: Meridian P5 is located on the anterior forearm, 3 cun proximal to the transverse wrist crease,

Treatment: Controller of  Lungs Air Meridian pulse;

Cardiac pain; palpitations; stomach pain; vomiting; heat disease; vexation and agitation; malaria disease; mania and withdrawal; epilepsy; axillary swelling; hypertonicity of the elbow; pain in the arm.

TCM Actions: Nourishes the heart and quiets the spirit; loosens the chest, transforms phlegm, and harmonizes the stomach; soothes the sinews and quickens the connecting vessels.

H4 Description 

Location: 1.5cun proximal to distal wrist crease where the palm faces upwards.

Treatment: Controller of  Lungs Air Meridian pulse.

Pain in the region of heart; sudden loss of voice; hypertonicity of the elbow and arm; convulsive spasm.

TCM Actions: Nourishes the heart and quiets the spirit; soothes the sinews and quickens the connecting vessel.
